Our serve attempt pattern
Every serve follows the Rule of Three — a disciplined, documented attempt sequence:
- Morning attempt — personal service early in the day.
- Afternoon / evening attempt — a second attempt the same day.
- Weekend attempt — a third attempt on the weekend.
After 3 attempts we pause and ask you for direction: more attempts at $25 each (you choose how many, paid up front), or we prepare the Affidavit of Attempted Service for substituted service. Full detail in our Process Service Policy.
Incorrect service can delay or sink a filing. We follow BC Supreme Court and Provincial Court rules strictly.
