$150 base · +$50 notarized affidavit

How it works

• You send us the documents (mail, drop-off, or upload)
• We confirm the recipient's address and attempt service
• We document each attempt with date, time, and outcome
• You receive a signed, commission-ready proof of service

Our serve attempt pattern

Every serve follows the Rule of Three — a disciplined, documented attempt sequence:

• Morning attempt — personal service early in the day.
• Afternoon / evening attempt — a second attempt the same day.
• Weekend attempt — a third attempt on the weekend.

After 3 attempts we pause and ask you for direction: more attempts at $25 each (you choose how many, paid up front), or we prepare the Affidavit of Attempted Service for substituted service. Full detail in our Process Service Policy.
