LCOR Process Service Policy

How we serve, document, and (when needed) escalate to substituted service. Clear, consistent, and built to hold up if a file goes to court.

1. Service Threshold — The "Rule of Three"

2. Additional Service Attempts

3. Policy for Substituted Service

4. Exception Clause

If a server obtains "hard evidence" of evasion — for example, visual confirmation of the target, or credible confirmation that the target is inside and refusing service — LCOR reserves the right to cease attempts immediately and prioritize preparation of the Affidavit of Attempted Service, to expedite the client's court application.

This is our operational policy, not legal advice. Service rules vary by court, jurisdiction, and document type; we follow the applicable rules for each document we serve. Questions? Contact us.
