What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone (when you register)
- Service requests: document type, recipient name/address, notes
- Order status and attempt history
How long we keep it
We keep your data until you ask us to purge it, or until a law requires us to retain or disclose it. You can request deletion from your account page at any time. Staff action purge requests promptly.
