What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone (when you register)
• Service requests: document type, recipient name/address, notes
• Order status and attempt history

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you ask us to purge it, or until a law requires us to retain or disclose it. You can request deletion from your account page at any time. Staff action purge requests promptly.

This site uses Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads. Opt out of personalized ads at Google Ads Settings and aboutads.info/choices. Visitors from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland will see a consent prompt before personalized ads.
