Our serve attempt pattern

Every serve follows the Rule of Three — a disciplined, documented attempt sequence:

• Morning attempt — personal service early in the day.
• Afternoon / evening attempt — a second attempt the same day.
• Weekend attempt — a third attempt on the weekend.

After 3 attempts we pause and ask you for direction: more attempts at $25 each (you choose how many, paid up front), or we prepare the Affidavit of Attempted Service for substituted service. Full detail in our Process Service Policy.
