Our serve attempt pattern

Every serve gets a disciplined, documented attempt sequence so your file is solid:

• Morning attempt — a personal-service attempt early in the day.
• Afternoon / evening attempt — a second attempt the same day, catching different hours.
• Weekend attempt — a third attempt on the weekend, when recipients are most often in.

That is a complete service attempt. After 3 attempts we pause and ask you for direction: more attempts at $25 each (you choose how many, paid up front), or we prepare the Affidavit of Attempted Service for substituted service. Full detail in our Process Service Policy.
